20 THINGS I ALWAYS HAVE IN MY GROCERY LIST
I grew up eating healthy because my mom is very into good, clean, healthy food – she always made sure we had some at home. She was always very strict with schedules. We would have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the same time every single day. So, to me, these eating habits almost feel natural.

I live alone and cook my own meals. It’s been quite a long process, but I’ve finally figured out what works for me and what doesn’t, what I like and what I don’t like, and most importantly, what makes me feel food and what doesn’t.

I do my groceries once a month at Trader Joe’s. I usually go back once or maybe even twice a week to pick up items such as greens, fruits, and veggies that don’t last as long. One thing you need to know about me is that I absolutely love breakfast, it is my up most favorite meal. I often eat breakfast for dinner, any by often I mean every night from Monday-Thursday. On the weekends I like to treat myself and enjoy date night with my boyfriend or girl’s night out with my closest girlfriends.

I have to adapt to my work schedule and what works for me the most is to cook a simple lunch in the between having breakfast and getting ready in the morning. I would much rather wake up early and take my time getting this done than stay up late. At night I am usually exhausted and ready for bed as soon as I get home.
