Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and take an uber to Scottsdale. It is a beautiful city in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

We stayed at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa where we spent most of our time relaxing at the pool, eating great food, and having drinks. A short walk away you will find a shopping area (Kierland commons). This, no surprise to anyone, was my favorite area!

​

We also spent the day relaxing on a boat on Lake Pleasant. A great way to both relax and have fun!

Don’t forget to eat at In-and-out Burger, it was amazing. Then satisfy your sweet tooth at Sugar Bowl. Their desserts are great and they have a quirky 50s vibe.
